VCT - The Virtual College of Texas

VCT is a website where Texas colleges post classes they are willing to share for a fee with other colleges. For Brazosport College to use a course from another college

·         Instructor credentials must be approved by the Vice President, Academic Student Affairs.
·         Course learning outcomes must be approved by the department.
Once a course is approved, BC's VCT Coordinator can reserve it for you through VCT. Then the course is added to BC's course offerings and you can register for it in person. You would complete the work using the other college's server and instructor. At the end of the other school's semester (very likely different from BC's), the grade is posted on VCT where BC's VCT Coordinator will post it to MyBC.
