Broken Promises: Holding Other Accountable - Lunch Session
Executives, managers, supervisors, team leaders, team members and anyone else who needs to hold someone accountable.
The session is designed to introduce topics and provide a few tools to participants.
When others have promised to do something, whether it’s helping you with a project, doing a household chore, or giving you budget input by a deadline, you have a right to hold them accountable to perform.
So, what do you do when someone fails to do what they promised, and you are let down?
In this session, participants will explore:
  • Approaching someone who lets you down.
  • Describing the problem.
  • Minimizing risk so others can talk.
  • Motivating factors that compel others to perform.
