This is an abbreviated “preview” of our half-day session.
 
In it, we discuss how to manage conflict by dealing with differing ideas, interests or perceptions.
Attendees become more aware of :
  • Seeing “conflict as an inevitable part of all work situations how to deal with it to maintain productivity.
  • Recognize the positive and negative impacts of conflicts.
  • The two major sources of conflict so that they can be resolved fairly and effectively
  • How to establish a cooperative atmosphere to resolve conflicts when they arise
