Safe Working Styles
All individuals desiring to improve safety awareness by recognizing bahavior as a significant factor in intervention

Major working units designed to emphasize:
  • Team safety
  • Personal safety
  • Handling pressure
  • Intervention techniques are emphasized by role-playing.
  • Participants will identify types of pressure and the resulting unsafe responses to pressure that are found in the extended accident chain.
  • Participants will identify, discuss, and recommend methods on one-minute safety style operations, based on one-minute manager principles...methods of intervening in the chain of human error and of working on long term safety style.
  • The importance of intervention based on behavior style is a major focus of this upbeat course designed to improve safety work style.
