The Employee Development Department supports Brazosport College by offering development opportunities for growth, empowerment and motivation to Administrators, Faculty, and Staff.

The Employee Development Center (EDC) provides training in technology, personal enrichment, professional and instructional development.

Mission Statement
In support of the College’s mission, the mission of the Employee Development Center is to support student success by providing professional development for faculty and staff in the areas of andragogy, technology, communication, leadership and health and wellness.
