Required Payroll Documents


All new employees (including first-time Student Workers) will need to complete the following documents:

1.  Federal law requires all employers to obtain an I-9 from all employees within 72 hours from their first day of work.  In order to comply with this requirement, complete, print and sign page 7 only of the I-9 form by clicking the link below: 


NOTE:  Be sure to review PAGE 9 for a list of acceptable forms of ID to bring with you to Human Resources for verification.
