This form allows students, faculty, staff or concerned citizens to leave information regarding suspicious or criminal activities. Any non-emergency situation, offense, suspicious circumstance, safety hazard, traffic complaint, or other potential problem can be reported by completing this form. Upon submitting this form, an email will be sent directly to the School Resource Officer. This format should be used to report information regarding violations of the law and violations of school policies, as stated in the Brazosport College Student Guide and Calendar, which is available at the Brazosport College website or in the Student Services Department, located in the Registrar. All information submitted is confidential. If you elect to remain anonymous, this request must be honored to the extent permitted by law. This form is not monitored 24 hours a day, so your submission may not be reviewed immediately.
