This course is designed for individuals interested in learning the skills necessary to manage a database, design advanced forms, secure a database, and prepare a database for multi-user access in Microsoft® Office Access® 2013. 


This course helps individuals prepare for the Access 2013 Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification exam.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Customize a form layout to improve usability and efficiency of data entry.
  • Add user interface features to validate data entry.
  • Use macros to improve user interface design.
  • Organize data into appropriate tables to ensure data dependency and minimize redundancy.
