Helping employees examine their own performance in either formal
or informal discussions is a valuable skill for supervisors and
managers who want to tap employees' motivation to succeed. This
course provides suggestions for generating employees' commitment to
improving results and for mutually planning and carrying out ways to
work smarter. Developing good coaching skills will enable an
individual to get more done with the same or fewer resources.
