| This is a modular course designed to guide the
team in its journey toward shared leadership. The course consists
of a "kick-off" session and nine modules which address key teamwork issues. A
team assessment following the initial session determines which of the nine modules the
team requires, based on areas identified for team improvement. Each of the modules
are four
to six hours in length. These modules are:
Initial Module: Fundamentals
Module 1: Common Purpose
Module 2: Team Capabilities
Module 3: Change
Module 4: Team Norms
Module 5: Recognition/Reward
Module 6: Communication/Conflict
Module 7: Team Operating Procedures
Module 8: New Member Integration
