Check out the "Fitness Loft" on pg. 29. Located above the gym, it
includes an array of exercise bikes, treadmills, elliptical trainers,
free weights and many other exercise machines. $25 per month or $85 for
a semester (4 mo.) allows you unlimited access! It's a good way to give
yourself a little "you time" and take a well deserved fitness break from
your studies!

Clinical Admissions Application for Healthcare Courses -

Please use this form for Medical
Assistant/Phlebotomy/EKG/Massage Therapy Clinicals. This application
should be
turned in to Jennifer Raeke for approval at least 10 days
prior to the Clinical start date, except for Certified
Nurses Aide. Certified Nurses Aide applicants must turn in
the application at least 10 days prior to the class start
date. Pharmacy Technician and Medication Aide have
separate requirements and use a different form.

We can provide you
with (1) replacement certificate within a year of the date of
completion.
Replacement certificates requested more than one year after
course completion will be assessed a fee of $10.
Community Education courses are non-credit and are not
officially transcripted like credit classes.
Your certificate of completion is normally all that you will
ever need. Unofficial transcripts may be printed by the
student on our registration site. Students may log in with
their username and password to access their file.
Unofficial transcripts provided by CE Dept., and
official transcript requests are assessed a $10 fee.
