| The following Spring courses will require students to complete a Healthcare Admissions Application in order to ensure that the student meets the State of Texas requirements for clinical rotation. Please download the form by clicking on the above link, read it over carefully and fill it out completely. Any omissions will delay the processing of your application. Turn in the application to the Lake Jackson CE Center at 120 Circle Way. Receipt of your application does not guarantee a seat in the course. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Complete applications will be processed in the order they are received, however, students are responsible to complete their registration once approved. | ||||
