Brazosport College offers both face-to-face and online dual credit courses allowing students to earn both college and high school credit at the same time.

• Get Ahead. Earn enough college credits in high school to begin college at a sophomore level or higher.

• Up Close and Personal. Whether you are taking a class face-to-face or online, expect quality instruction from BC faculty in small classes to offer you the help that you need to succeed.

• Easily Transfer. All dual credit courses that are in the approved core curriculum are guaranteed to transfer to any Texas public college or university.

• Save Money.  College tuition at universities is much higher than that of Brazosport College for the same courses. Earn transfer credits while living at home, and begin your career more quickly.

• Earn Money. You could be eligible for a $1000 scholarship if you earn 30 college credits by the time you graduate from high school. Also, the technical skills you learn in dual credit will allow you to work in your career field.

• Boost your GPA. Most districts give a higher weighting for dual credit courses than regular high school courses.
