Requirements for Admission

Qualified honors students will have any two of the following:

ACT scores of

Math 22

Verbal 22

Composite 26

SAT scores of

Math 550

Verbal 550

Composite 1180

TSI scores of

Math 356 

Reading 355 

 Writing Essay 6





Graduated in the top 15% of high school class

Completed a minimum of 9 hours of college coursework with a GPA of 3.5 or higher

Exceptions to these qualifications can be considered on a case-by-case basis 
by the Honors Committee in extraordinary circumstances.

Dual/concurrent students with nine hours of college coursework may also apply 
to the Honors Program with consent of the Honors Director.
