Transcripts to be sent directly to another high school, college, or university may be requested by going to your myBC account and submitting a request electronically. Students can also request a transcript by mail, telephone, fax or e-mail. Correspondence must include full name, address, telephone number, social security number, date of birth, and signature.

All other transcript requests; such as those you want sent to you, must be in writing. Student must include full name, address, telephone number, social security number, date of birth, and signature. These requests may be submitted on campus, mailed or faxed to Brazosport College.

Transcripts are normally processed within 2 business days of receipt of the proper request. There is no charge for transcripts.

Students submitting e-mail requests should understand this form of data transmission may not be secure.
