I was born....
in Buenos Aires - Argentina, a beautiful metropolitan city which I still like to call 'home'. My family moved to the United States in 1978 and lived in El Paso, Texas where I married a wonderful man and together we moved to Lake Jackson and then to Angleton.
I studied....
at the University of Texas at El Paso where I received a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science degree. I also earned an AAS degree from Brazosport College.
I have worked...
as a CAD (Computer Aided Design) programmer, an Information Systems programmer, a Computer Services Consultant, a Computer Trainer for CBIT (now known as the Corporate Learning Center here at BC) and most recently as an Associate Professor for the Computer Technology and Office Administration departments at Brazosport College. I also work part time as a Counselor for the Small Business Development Center here at BC.
I enjoy...
spending time with my family (husband and 2 children), being involved in church activities, listening to contemporary Christian music, reading (one of my favorite authors is Max Lucado) and teaching computer classes!!
Meeting new people every semester is one of the things I enjoy most about my job, so whenever you get a chance...come by my office (D206) or stop me in the hall--I'd love to get to know something about YOU!!!!
