This page is dedicated to the excellent people and professionals who encouraged my first steps in mathematics and they are not any more among us.

My father, Mihai Agut (1941-2009)

My father was the first who introduced me in the real world of mathematics, since I was about 10. He supported me in all my challenge experiences in my profession, guiding me not only as a parent but also as a math worker and passionate. Even my father was not a mathematician, he knew how to make this rigid and rigorous science to become approachable, understandable and discoverable.

I will always remember him as the strongest brick to the base of my profession’s construction. (photo 1, photo 2)
