Files are continually processed throughout the year, however, only students with completed files by the priority deadline are guaranteed to know the status of their financial aid and award amount before the funds are due. Payment arrangements are needed for students with files completed after the priority deadline and if qualified, will be reimbursed. Students are encouraged to check the status of financial aid on OASIS, and are notified by letter of their results and award amount. ATTENTION DUAL CREDIT STUDENTS: It is especially important for you to apply early and complete your file before the deadline. However, if your file is not complete by the deadline, check with the financial office about your status before paying for your classes as DUAL CREDIT AID IS NOT REIMBURSABLE. *Dual Credit Student registration begins one week earlier than regular student registration dates listed above.
