Welcome to the financial aid website at Brazosport College. We are here to serve and assist you with your educational goals. Please explore the various types of financial aid available. Beginning Summer Session II, all students will be awarded their remaining grant, scholarship and loan funds through their myBC card. myBC cards will be available for processing July 15, 2010 in the BC Library. Dates for refunds are posted on the Calendar page of this website.

ATTENTION DUAL CREDIT STUDENTS: It is important that you apply early and complete your file before the deadline. However, if your file is not complete by the deadline, check with the financial office about your status prior to paying for your classes as DUAL CREDIT AID IS NOT REIMBURSABLE. *Dual Credit Student registration begins one week earlier than registration dates listed above. Tips for Success

ATTENTION: The PRIORITY deadline for FALL 2010 semester was JULY 1, 2010. Our office is processing files daily, however, only students having a complete file by the priority deadline are guaranteed knowledge of their financial aid status and award amount before the funds are due. Students completing their file after the priority deadline, will need to pay in full or take advantage of the payment plan. To be eligible for financial assistance, a student must

be accepted for enrollment or currently enrolled and be in good standing
not be in default on any student loan
not owe funds back received at Brazosport College or any other institution
meet Brazosport College's Satisfactory Academic Policy
notify financial aid if a student is on review or using a waiver such as Hazlewood or Early High School graduation funds to pay for tuition every semester before the review hold will be lifted or waivers applied.
