2. Your BC Photo ID will be required in:

• The Library to check out any materials
• The LAC for testing and to use any audio/video materials
• The Swamp for any use of their facilities
• The Computer Center to obtain a student account
• The Registrar's Office to obtain Official Transcripts

 3. Your BC Photo ID may also be requested for services in the Business Office, Financial Aid Office, Bookstore, or admission to campus activities.

 4. You will be responsible for keeping your BC Photo ID for 3 years. After 3 years you will be issued a new card at no cost.

 5. Your card will be updated every semester you enroll at BC with a sticker. To have your card updated present your paid tuition receipt to the Photo ID Station during on-campus registration or in the library if you pay your tuition at a later time.

 6. If during the 3-year life of your card, the card is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond use there will be a $20.00 replacement fee.
