New Dual Credit Students
- See your high school counselor for a signed Dual Credit Approval Form and a Dual Credit Guidebook.
- Take your signed Dual Credit Approval form and Guidebook receipt form (last page in guidebook) to the shared counselor. See the college counselor on your campus to pick up an Early Admission / Dual Credit form.

For Summer Session I, take the THEA or Compass test before May. Your TAKS scores will not be available before SSI registration begins.

For SSII and Fall, Take the THEA or Compass placement test if you aren’t waived or exempt. Call 230-3040 to schedule.

THEA waiver or exemption test scores: TAKS:2200 math and/or 2200 ELA with composition score of 3; or SAT: 500 Critical Reading and/or 500 Math, with 1070 total; or ACT: Math and/or English 19 with composite score of 23.

New students must see the online Orientation video and complete the online Survey when applying to Brazosport College. Go to brazosport.edu and click on Student Orientation.

To register turn in your signed forms to an Admission Specialist, beginning: May 5 for SSI 08 June 30 for SSII 08 July 21 for Fall 08

Returning Dual Credit Students
Graduating Seniors with Credit
- Get a signed letter, in a sealed envelope, from your high school counselor to verify graduation.

Notify your high school to send a final high school transcript to Brazosport College.

Complete a Brazosport College course schedule form and take it to a college admission specialist, with your letter of graduation, to register and pay tuition and fees.
