• Go see your high school counselor for a Dual Credit Approval Form to apply for the Dual Credit Program after choosing classes for the next school year and take it to the shared counselor.
  Students must meet high school eligibility requirements before applying for dual credit courses.
• Apply to Brazosport College at applytexas.org.  After completing the personal profile, save it and go to My Application to complete the application to Brazosport College.
  Students can pick up the Early Admission/Dual Credit form from the shared college counselor.
• Take the THEA or COMPASS test if not exempt by TAKS, SAT or ACT.
  New students taking Summer Session I classes, take the THEA or COMPASS test before May.  Your TAKS scores will not be available before the Summer Session I registration begins on May 5^th.
• Orientation is required for for all new students.  New students can view the Orientation Video, online, with a broadband connection to the Internet, and complete the Survey after viewing the video..
  New students must complete the application before Orientation. Call 230-3355 for details.
• Register at the college.  Take your completed Early Admission/Dual Credit form to Brazosport College to register and pay tuition and fees, buy books and supplies, and activate email account.
  Make certain all forms are complete and have been verified, approved and signed by the shared counselor.
