The Heavy Equipment program offers two main areas of study. One area is earth moving equipment, such as bulldozers, backhoes, and excavators.

The other area is crane operations, and includes learning safe crane operation and preventative maintenance. Local processing plants are requiring a crane operator license, so Brazosport College offers you the curriculum to correspond to this local licensing requirement.
