RESIDENCY
Students enrolling at Brazosport College are classified for the purpose of determining fees and tuition as in-district students, out-of-district students or out-of-state / international students.
In-District Students – To qualify as district students, individuals must reside within the Brazosport Independent School District.
Out-of-District Students – Students who reside in Texas, but outside the Brazosport Independent School District are considered out-of-district students.
Out-of-State and International Students – Students whose legal residence is outside of Texas or the U.S. are considered out-of-state students.

Tuition for college credit courses is charged per credit hour and is determined by residency.

Junior and Senior Level Courses
Students taking 3000 and 4000 level courses in the Bachelor of Applied Technology Program will have an additional course fee of $40 per credit hour added to the above table amounts to offset the increased costs of delivering upper division courses.

Lab Fees
Certain courses require extra costs for supplies, equipment or services. A lab fee is charged to partially cover this extra expense. These fees are listed in the class schedule and are in addition to the fees listed above.
