The Brazosport College Foundation

The Brazosport College Foundation was created as a tax exempt corporation in 1995. It is a fiscally and organizationally related entity of Brazosport College. The Board of Directors of the Foundation is composed of representatives of the Brazosport College Regents, college staff and faculty, and business and community members.
The Board of Regents and The Foundation Board, along with business and community leaders who reside and conduct business in the college service area, work together to support quality education for Brazosport College students and the communities it serves.
The Brazosport College Foundation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes as defined in section 501[c][3] of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 [or the corresponding provisions of any future United States Internal Revenue Law].
