Letter From Campaign Chairs

 2007-2008 Annual Campaign

              Our Mission

To raise funds and administer gifts and grants for
      educational
opportunities to enrich our community and its future.”

Many deserving students are thankful for the various programs, scholarships and facilities that are available to assist them in obtaining their dream of an education.  With your support we can keep that dream alive because today, 3 out of every 4 students beginning higher education in Texas begin at a community college.  Tuition at Brazosport College is 1/5 the cost of attendance at public universities.  With a good start here you can make it possible for students to continue their education.

We are asking you to make an investment in the Brazosport College Foundation as partners and participants by assisting students who need help.  Your support of one of the following programs will provide educational opportunities that will enrich their life and the future of our community.

        Scholarships
                1.)  Wise Endowed Scholarships
                2.)  General Scholarships
                3.)  Childcare Assistance Scholarships

        The Clarion Performing Arts Fund

Please take time and consider the information we are providing and decide how you can best help students through your gift.  You may opt to use the enclosed envelope or you may choose to call Serena Andrews, 979-230-3245 or Barbara Franklin 979-230-3496, at the Foundation so that we can talk about a gifting opportunity created especially for you.

Thank you again for your continued dedication to Brazosport College and to our students.  Brazosport College strengthens our community and we are deeply grateful to you for your guidance and support.

 Sincerely,

Barbara Monical & George Rau, Jr.
