- Go to the IT Help Desk, F-139, with a valid and current BC ID (no other form of ID will be accepted).
- All students will be required to read & accept the checkout policy before obtaining a laptop. This must be done every time a laptop is checked out, regardless if the policy has been read and accepted before.
- Laptops will be checked out for a 24-hour period from the time of checkout only unless special arrangements are made. If the time of checkout falls on a Thursday afternoon or Friday morning, the laptops are due back by 8:00 a.m. the following Monday. Laptops can be checked out during the semester, but will NOT be checked out past the last day of the semester.
- The laptops are issued with a carrying case, strap, and power adapter. All these items must be returned at the time of check in, or the laptop is considered to be a late return.
