Brazosport College offers summer guitar instruction

Brazosport College is offering private guitar lessons to players of all ability levels by critically-acclaimed performer, composer, transcriber and musical mentor Brad Ard.

Private guitar lessons are available through BC’s Community Education program for guitarists of all ability levels. Lessons are available for 30 minute or one hour slots and will occur once a week on Mondays beginning July 11 and ending August 8 for a total of five lessons.

Cost for 30-minute private guitar lessons is $20 per lesson for five weeks for a total cost of $100. Hour lessons cost $40 per lesson for five weeks for a total cost of $200. For further information or to enroll contact Clarion Administrator Vorin Dornan at (979) 230-3658.
 
Ard hails from Chicago, Illinois and has lived, performed and taught throughout the U.S. He currently mentors students all over the globe through his online music services. He is a multi-faceted guitarist that has released two compact discs of original material as well as toured and/or recorded with famous musicians such as Dizzy Gillespie, Steve Rodby, Michael Manring, Bill Evans (sax) and Danny Gottlieb.
