Runners from across the area showed up at Brazosport College for the annual Gator Gallop on Saturday, April 16.

The event featured two primary races, including a 5K (3.1 mile) race and a one-mile run. Two BASF-sponsored kids runs were also popular races for the youngsters in the crowd.

The event was hosted by the Brazosport College Student Life Board.
