Brazosport College to offer One-Stop Registration at two local high schools

Brazosport College is bringing its popular One-Stop Registration directly to the communities it serves.

For easier access to individual, in-person registration assistance, Brazosport College is holding One-Stop Registration at Sweeny and Brazosport high schools. Both schools will hold one-night-only registration sessions and both will be open to the community.

The first One-Stop Registration opportunity will be from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 12 at the Sweeny High School Cafeteria. One week later, on Thursday, Aug. 19, another One-Stop Registration will be offered from 3:30 to 6 p.m. at the Brazosport High School Library.

Dual Credit assistance will be provided for Sweeny and Brazosport ISD students at each school’s registration session. HSE/ESL registration will also be offered at both sessions.

One-Stop Registration provides an opportunity for students to get individual assistance with all College enrollment needs. Staff will be available to assist with advising, admissions, financial aid, enrollment, IT and tuition payments.

To aid in the process, please bring picture ID, proof of address, copies of transcripts and disability paperwork, if applicable.

These One-Stop Registration sessions are in addition to five days of One-Stop Registration opportunities from Aug. 23 to Aug. 27 at the Dow Academic Center at Brazosport College.

Students can also receive individual assistance during regular business hours on the BC campus.

For those not requiring in-person assistance, students can register for Fall classes online — 24 hours a day, seven days a week — through the College’s registration system, MyBC. To begin the online registration process, visit brazosport.edu/choose/. 

Brazosport College has resumed normal operations with face-to-face classes and hands-on training available for students.
