Leading with Excellence

Audience	Experienced, new, and aspiring leaders in your organization. Leaders can be supervisors, managers, team leaders, group leaders, etc. In today’s culture, all employees are looked to for leadership qualities.
Description	Does your team or organization suffer from a lack of quality communication? “Leading with Excellence” is a key step to developing successful leaders throughout the organization. This is a two-day program designed to provide participants with tools and techniques for: Bringing people together Improving productivity Focusing on behavior and not attitudes Dealing with facts and not opinion Creating a climate of open trust Participants will learn skills from four different leadership topics: Essential Skills of Communicating Essential Skills of Leadership Resolving Conflict Improving Work Habits This is a common sense approach for improving the way we communicate with people throughout the organization.
