Anyone working with, managing or trying to understand age diversity.

Description

A training program that introduces the learner to the five generations of workers who are side-by-side in the workplace for the first time. Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials (Generation Y) and iGen-ers have preferred ways of managing and being managed, and because of their shared experiences employees of similar ages often bring common approaches, ideas and values to the workplace.

Attendees will learn:

  • Typical characteristics of the five generations in the workplace
  • Tips on responding to different situations when dealing with each generation
  • About potential sources of conflict between different generations
