DescriptionThis course provides managers and team leaders who are serious about developing and implementing measures for their work group with basic information about measurement, a process for determining what to measure, qualities of good measurement, and appropriate action by the manager to ensure quality measurement. This is not a general awareness course. This course can be offered on demand to intact work groups.
