Proper Use of Measurements

Audience	Managers of work groups or project teams who are ready to develop measures with or for their groups; especially helpful for non-manufacturing or other managers who may not routinely use measurements.
Description	This course provides managers and team leaders who are serious about developing and implementing measures for their work group with basic information about measurement, a process for determining what to measure, qualities of good measurement, and appropriate action by the manager to ensure quality measurement. This is not a general awareness course. This course can be offered on demand to intact work groups. Prepares managers and team leaders to implement measurement systems within their work teams' processes and to address measurement issues in their areas Demonstrates steps of quality measurement systems
Prerequisites	Supervisor approval, support, and commitment to help apply concepts on the job.
