The Department of Modern Languages offers first and second year transfer courses in both French and Spanish with a faculty who are committed to helping students succeed. The small class sizes allow for individualized attention and focus on specialized needs and encourage improvement in all areas of communication--speaking, listening, reading and writing as well as foster discussions about culture, society, literature and art.
The Spanish Department also offers a variety of conversation courses, including general courses for one or three credits and specialized courses for plant supervisors and members of the health professions or those who are preparing for or thinking about entering these careers.
