Cake Decorating - Beginning
This course is an introduction to icing techniques and variations of design. Learn how to stack and shape cakes along with a variety of frosting and royal icing piping, flowers, and basket weaving techniques. This is a hands-on course so come prepared to design the cake you have always wanted. All materials provided and you will take home your own creation.

Cake Decorating - Gum Paste
Learn the basics of making gum paste flowers and molds. Gorgeous flowers are a classic and impressive way to decorate any cake. With step by step instruction, you will make flowers that look real enough to smell. Using molds, learn to create individualistic characters to complement any presentation.

Canning 101
Canning is an important, safe method of food preservation. With a bounty of fresh vegetables, learn quick and easy ways to preserve fresh produce at its peak of natural flavors. Each student will go home with two different canned products. Cancelations must be made 48 hours prior to class time for a full refund.
