Beginning June 1, the College will pay all part-time employees for only their actual hours worked. The College has been fortunate to be able to pay its regular part-time employees a minimum of 19 hours per week since we began our altered operation in mid-March until the end of May.  Starting June 1, however, timesheets for part-time employees should only include the hours that the employee actually worked.  It will be up to each employee and supervisor to begin properly scheduling for hours worked. 

For Part-Time Employees: After June 1st, please record only your actual hours worked on your timesheets. We encourage everyone to communicate with their supervisor about additional, available work that allows the employee to work their typical amount of part-time hours (i.e., 19 hours per week or less).  If there is not enough remote work to be performed, all employees are encouraged to find additional opportunities to work, i.e., health screeners and safety monitors.

For Supervisors: Please review all part-time employee schedules. Determine if there is additional work available so that the part-time employee can work their typical scheduled hours (i.e., 19 hours per week or less).  If any employees need additional hours, there are several opportunities for additional hours, i.e., health screeners and safety monitors.


As a reminder, the College is closed Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day.


In an effort to support the limited number of students, faculty and staff on campus finishing out the CTE spring semester, Tommy’s will be offering a to-go style menu. This is only for the limited number of people approved to be on campus, so please do not come to campus just to purchase food. Over the last several weeks, Tommy’s has provided free meals for those on campus and we’re thankful for that, but starting Monday, May 18 food will need to be ordered via phone and paid by credit card.

With courses being moved to an online and remote format, the $40 online course fee for Summer 2020 will be waived, but please note that all other course fees still apply.
