Education Database

The Education Database gives users access to over 1,090 top educational publications, including more than 800 of the titles in full text. There are more than 2.2 million records to-date, nearly 8,000 of which are dissertations and theses. Approximately 75% of the publications included in this database are scholarly journals. Offering complete information on hundreds of educational topics, this database offers complete text and images from journals. Image articles include all the charts, tables, diagrams, and other graphical elements often used to enhance the editorial value of articles that focus on education topics. The Education Database covers not only the literature on primary, secondary, and higher education but also special education, home schooling, adult education, and hundreds of related topics. E-Journals

E-Journals from EBSCOhost® provides access to electronic journals and full text of articles for journals managed through EBSCOhost® Electronic Journals Service (EJS), as well as usage of SmartLinks in EBSCOhost. E-Journals from EBSCOhost allows search and retrieval of citations, abstracts and full text. Users will have access to titles from publishers who have given EBSCO permission to re-use Table of Contents and abstract information in an aggregated database. Please note that this does not represent all of the titles available in EJS. Limiters can be utilized to further narrow search results. Most of these titles are scientific, technological or medical in nature. OpenDissertations    is an open-access database built to assist researchers in locating both historic and contemporary dissertations and theses. Created with the generous support of the H.W. Wilson Foundation and the Congregational Library & Archives in Boston, it incorporates EBSCO’s previously released American Doctoral Dissertations, and features additional dissertation metadata contributed by select colleges and universities from around the world. Professional Development Collection, designed for professional educators, provides a highly specialized collection of nearly 520 high quality education journals, including more than 350 peer-reviewed titles.
