We are here to serve and assist you with your educational goals. All files are handled with careful attention in the order they are received. Student Email (username@brazosport.edu) and myBC are the primary means of communication for Brazosport College Financial Aid Office. Return required completed forms before the semester priority deadlines listed below to ensure financial aid is in place before payment deadlines. It is the student’s responsibility to confirm that all required documents have been received in the financial aid office by checking their myBC account.
FALL-JUNE 1/ SPRING-NOVEMBER 1 / SPRING II-FEB 1/SUMMER - APRIL 1
ATTN: The IRS Data Retrieval Tool is available for the 2018-2019 FAFSA. Students who are unsussessful with the tool will need to log on to https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript and request a copy of their 2016 TAX RETURN TRANSCRIPT.
New for 2019-2020 FAFSA
Now you can fill out the 2019-2020 FAFSA on your phone. Download the myStudentAid.app or visit FAFSA.gov and complete the FAFSA on the go.
The 2019-2020 FAFSA uses the 2017 IRS Tax Return information.
Note: We will not begin to process the 2019-2020 FAFSA until late February 2019.
